1. Keiser Bike - 3-5 minutes with resistance of 15-17
2. Laying, band assisted hamstring stretch - 10 each side
3. Band assisted hip flexor stretch - 10 each side
4. Ankle Mobility - 15 each side
5. Seated cross legged piriformis stretch - 10 each side
6. Squat to hamstring - 10 reps
7. Lateral band walks (band above knees) - 20 steps each side to external knee rotation 10 each side
8. Band resisted glute bridge - 10 reps
